All orders are shipped from our Melbourne studio. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

All orders are sent via Australia Post - Delivery within 3-7 business days
(calculate delivery time from Fitzroy here).
*Please note: (Australia Post) orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you have made a mistake or would like to make any changes to your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, so that we can amend your order prior to sending it.
Products listed as limited edition are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
Returns on products not listed as limited edition must be unused and in original condition. Please note return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be made to the original purchase method. Gift cards cannot be returned and are valid for two (2) years from date of issue.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are sent within 2-3 working days from purchase.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
Deliveries are sent during business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. This only applies for certain countries, the majority of our orders do not receive fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office should you require further information.
